On October 16 to 18, the NSF CBL Center will hold its 2019 Fall Meeting at the University of Floirda’s Emerson Alumni Hall. Register by Monday September 30 using one of the two options below to secure your spot at the conference.The event is open to non-CBL members, pending approval and a signed non-disclosure agreement. Registration is free, but required, and meals will be provided. |

Travel InformationHotelA block of rooms has been reserved at the AC Hotel Gainesville Downtown at the group rate of $139/night. This hotel is a short walk or drive (0.6 miles) to the meeting venue.For the conference rate, please use the following linkand book your room by September 19.

VisaIf you need a visa for USA entry, after registration, please contact Darlene Brown at brown@ece.ufl.edu for an invitation letter to facilitate your visa application.ParkingParking for non-UF attendees will be available at the east entrance of the north lawn of the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (see map below) . UF faculty, staff, and students will need to find alternate parking based on your UF decal.University Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) personnel will be on site between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on 10/16 for the evening reception and between 7:00am and 10:00am on both meeting days, 10/17 and 10/18, to hand out parking permits. If you arrive later, Darlene will have parking permits on a first-come, first-served basis.Those arriving after 10 am are urged to find an alternative method of transportation to the event, such as Uber, as parking anywhere on campus requires a decal or permit and UF PD will issue a $35 ticket to vehicles not displaying official university decals or permits. |
