The goal of this project is to design ontology-based interpretable deep models for consumer complaint explanation and analysis.
Methods
- Considering domain knowledge in the design of deep learning models: Semantic Deep Learning (data-ontology mutual semantic embedding, interpretable machine learning tasks)
- Utilizing domain ontologies for explaining the deep learning models and results through casual modeling.
- Specific application in consumer complaint explanation using Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO)
