The goal of the project is to secure authentication of a template, especially a biometric query, without compromising the template, the database, or the query; in case of database attack or a corrupted communication channel. The benefits/impacts are removing the need to store sensitive biometric templates (e.g., references to fingerprints or faces) and preserving the privacy of the data (both the the query and the template).  Deliverables include a  privacy preserving system containing 5 models and 5 vaults and one hash value enabling users to discard the sensitive biometric template and perform the authentication securely.
